About
Sean Deyoe’s cross-disciplinary creative practice includes graphic design,
photography, video, writing, music, performance, tourism,
conviviality, and more.
From 2005 through 2026, he was one of the organizers of Betalevel, a subterranean arts and event space. From 2009 through 2019, he co-led a weekly exploratory bike ride called The Passage of a Few People Through a Rather Brief Moment in Time.
Additionally, as The Royal Academy of Nuts + Bolts, D.O.D., he has provided graphic design services to clients primarily in fields of education, placemaking, and the arts for over twenty years.
Sean received a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA from CalArts and has been an in-house designer at the Hammer Museum and the Walker Art Center.
He lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
